What you are buying

Every course on Develop Your Energy is a digital product: downloadable video, audio and PDF files, delivered by link immediately after payment and available again from your account. Nothing is shipped except the physical DVD, which is mailed.

Refunds on digital courses

Because course files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital courses are final once the download links have been used. If you bought a course by mistake, bought the same course twice, or have not downloaded anything, email sifudanferrera@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund you in full. If a file is corrupt or a link does not work we will fix it or refund you, your choice.

Physical DVD

If a DVD arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund it. Return postage for defective items is on us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original PayPal account or card, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Licence and personal use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course materials for your own training. Please do not share, resell or re-upload them. Teaching the material to others requires written permission.

Health disclaimer

Qigong, Tai Chi and the other practices taught here are gentle, but they are physical and breathing exercises. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart or respiratory condition, high blood pressure, a recent surgery or injury, or any other medical concern. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no course is a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional. By purchasing you agree that you practise at your own risk.
