I started training with the Zhang Zhuang Chi Kung material provided, specifically through the videos by StandStillBeFit and have noticed rapid results and I’m only on Day 7. It is mind blowing how “standing like a tree” can really be a form of exercise and a form of meditation simultaneously. I have found it be quite nourishing to my overall chi- mental and physical.
