Empty Force Step by Step

1) Perform breathing of the universe for a few minutes until you can feel a solid magnetic like pressure between your palms.

2) Hold the magnetic pressure between your hands like a ball.

3) Without losing the sensation of energy, slowly turn your palms to face the person you are attempting to move. Make sure that you can still feel a sense of magnetic like repelling between you and your target person. While still feeling the energy, push your hands towards your target, like doing push-ups in the air.

4) Continue to move your palms in a push up like motion back and forth trying to push and pull your subject person. The person should not try to resist you, only relax and feel. You may want them to close their eyes or wear a blindfold to help them relax.
